Who should apply
We want you to apply if you are from Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus or Central Asia and you also…
- Regularly create content for YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or Telegram.
- Focus your content on topics like ecology, education, law, economics, culture, science, gender issues, or socio-political themes.
- Have a dedicated and growing audience in at least one of these countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine or Uzbekistan.
- Never call for violence and never spread anti-scientific information or promote ideas of totalitarianism.

- Promotion and marketing
- Visual communication

Organisers and media partners:
Prague Civil Society Centre, Delfi.lt, European Humanities University and CreateCulture Group.
Organizers will cover accommodation and round-trip travel from your home to Vilnius, and provide visa support if required.
