Originally from Ukraine, Tetyana works for the Belarus office of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. She has co-developed and is heading programs dedicated to election monitoring, digital security and voter engagement, and that utilise innovative approaches and technology. Her research project, titled “Digital Democracy or Data Exploitation? The role of voters’ personal data during 2019 parliamentary elections in Ukraine”, will cover the use of voter data in Ukraine, a topic that has until now only been studied in the context of high-profile elections in Western countries.
