Call for Media Experts

The Prague Civil Society Center is a non-profit grant-making institution that has recently launched our Central Europe Programme, which will provide independent media organisations with the tools to enhance their institutional capacity and strengthen their competitiveness, financial independence and sustainability.

Within the framework of the Central Europe Programme, we will engage external media experts to assist us and our partners in improving their media operations. The expertise we are looking for includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

• Audience analysis
• Business strategy development
• Community management, audience engagement, membership programs and reader revenues
• Digitalisation, digital transformation strategies, digital subscription.
• Digital media content production (e.g. short form video, vertical video, video journalism)
• Online marketing (copywriting, campaigns, SEO, social media)
• Podcasts
• Subscription-based brands
• Subscription growth and retention (podcasts, newsletters)
• Other

Consultants’ expertise and services will be required on a short‐term basis to support our activities and those of our partners. When there is a need for external expert support, potential candidates from the roster of consultants with the required expertise will be contacted.
